Parent Volunteer at Pi Day

Family Enrichment  
These volunteers will plan occasional outings for LEADS families to join together in informal, social settings.  Educational in nature or simply to have fun, outings can include just about anything the volunteers can think of! We want families to have an opportunity to meet, explore common interests and develop friendships. Other student-focused enrichment might include book clubs, Mad Science sessions, Lego clubs, chess clubs and other activities.  

In-School Enrichment  
These volunteers will help create and coordinate more in-school opportunities for academic challenge, creative thinking, investigation and problem solving. We want to hear member ideas for enrichment programs that will support our classroom teachers and help keep our children challenged and stimulated throughout their school day. 

LEADS MEMBERS WE NEED YOU! 

Building Coordinators 
We are looking for building coordinators to work with the LEADS Board.  These critical liaisons will connect with principals, staff, PTA and families at each building.  They will promote LEADS, share resources and enrichment opportunities and relay needs for families and the school.

Parent Connect  
We are looking for volunteers to support our Parent Connect Education Series.  These events are designed to support LEADS families by discovering gifted resources, navigating the educational system, understanding enrichment opportunities and more. These volunteers would coordinate speakers and assist with communication efforts about the series.
